24x7x365 Remote Monitoring
The Secure Network Operations Center (NOC) uses industry-standard and vendor specific protocols to provide round-the-clock monitoring of all hardware, including but not limited to routers, switches, UPS systems, and servers. The Secure Operations Center also monitors power, environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), generator status, and network connectivity. All critical services/ports are monitored, including FTP, HTTP, SMTP, HTTPS, SSH, TELNET, and POP3. Our close and constant communication with our upstream backbone providers ensures that our customers have constant access to high-performance Internet connections.
If required the NOC can monitor the application level allowing the Engineer to initiate automatic recovery in order to restart failed applications, services, reboot machines, initiate recovery scripts and start external applications.
Failure on any monitored system, application or service results in audible alarms, LAN messages, and alerting our staff paging system as required.

Proactive Incident Response
In the case of a fully managed and monitored solution the FlexITy team would be the first to know of an incident in the customer environment through the remote management and monitoring tools in place. The FlexITy NOC/TAC team would then follow a customer defined escalation procedure and notify the customer of the incident as per procedure defined. Parameters can be set by priority, how to contact (Web, Email, Phone), who to contact. It is completely up to the customer.
Monthly Reviews
Continuous improvement is at the forefront of providing exceptional services to our customers. Reviews are conducted to help improve our service and ensure any changes and problems with the customer’s managed service are addressed.

Performance Management and Trending
Remote Management & Monitoring, Performance Reporting & Analysis allows us to assist you with maximizing performance and minimizing downtime for your enterprise network and infrastructure. FlexITy manages any vendor device that supports the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), both standard and enterprise-specific Management Information Base (MIB) objects.
Performance reporting provides information needed for trending, capacity planning, network tuning and enforcing service level agreements. The analysis is performed by senior engineers providing you with identification of future potential problems and appropriate solutions.
The NOC tools used generate a plethora of reports and metrics which are used by our engineering team. Some of these report/metrics are also automatically sent to customer portals in a management dashboard allowing our customers to view them in realtime. We also capture some key, customer defined reports and add them to the monthly, quarterly and annual customer operational reports.
